In the 1930's a well traveled philosopher found a small island paradise only 20 miles as the crow flies from his home and declared it the "closest place to heaven on earth". His home was in Bellingham, and his Paradise was the Doe Bay area of Orcas Island.
We are third generation descendants, and are pleased to be able to share our Island Paradise.

As much as we love dogs and cats our property is very rural, and the island native wildlife, deer, and raccoon, wander freely through the grounds. In many cases your pets would not affect this ambience, but in others it could have very damaging consequences.
We feel responsible to try protect their home as well as well as ours.
